Meet Boyd Mullins

Hi, I'm Boyd Mullins, the designer behind Plan B Garden Design. I trained at Writtle College and have spent years turning outdoor spaces across Essex into gardens that are as practical as they are beautiful.

I believe your garden should work as hard as any other room in your home, so every design I create is tailored to how you actually live - whether that's a peaceful spot to relax, space for the kids to play, or a garden built for entertaining.

I offer a complete service: bespoke garden design, seamless design-and-build, planting plans and soft landscaping, and long-term garden care and aftercare planning. I work with clients across Essex, including Chelmsford, Writtle and Earls Colne, and every project starts with a complimentary initial consultation so we can talk through your ideas before you commit to anything.
